We have a vision of a compassionate Tasmania which supports homeless men.

We aim to provide quality crisis accommodation and excellent support services for homeless men and men at risk of homelessness.

Bethlehem House Hobart is a 24-hour service centre for homeless men in central Hobart.

Bethlehem House is a special work of the St Vincent de Paul Society, and has been operating continuously since 1972.

We are the largest provider in Tasmania of crisis and transitional accommodation for homeless men and the only 24 hr staffed service for men.

We can provide 12,500 bed nights each year and currently we cater 30,000 meals per year to  residents and other homeless men.
